Site Wide General Rules

1a. Global Rules :

1.1 No "Flaming": Please do not post any messages that harrass, insult, belittle, threaten or flame another member or guest.

1.2 No "Trolling": Please do not post any topic that disrupts the peace and harmony of this board. Don't create meaningless threads with the sole purpose of starting a dispute. This includes messages in profiles and signatures.

1.3 No "Spamming": Please do not double post or cross-post the same message in multiple forums. You will not mass-PM or mass-email multiple members of this site the same message. You will not post for the sake of increasing your post count or hack count.

1.4 No "Offensive" Posts, Links or Images: Please do not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or otherwise violative of any local or international laws. This includes links in your signature, profile, bookmarks as well as posted images, photos and avatars. Staff will ultimately decide if something is appropriate or not.

1.5 No multiple accounts: Please limit JuicyDuff accounts to one per person. Having more than one account is not permitted. If you are found to have more than one account you may be banned.

1b. Chat Rules :

- Keep the chat PG rated, remember there are kids as young as 7 or 8 that go on here and we want everyone of all ages to be able to enjoy jd
- No spamming.
- No hating/bashing other members or celebrities
- No asking for A/S/L
- No swearing or fighting
- No using all caps (for attention purposes)
- Don't use JD as an online dating service
- No 'wuteva' attitude
- Don’t post links without asking permission from a moderator first (if you don’t know who is a mod ask the chat and they will direct you towards one)
- The giving out of personal information is not recommended, do so at your own discretion
- The choice of an admin or mod is final and cannot be opposed by members.
- Any rule a mod or admin feels needs to be added may do so even if it is not on this list

2. Self-Promotion :

Messages that are intended primarily for the promotion or advertising of any website, forums, email address, business, MLM, activity, or other entities that you have an affiliation with (ie. no self-promotion) are not allowed, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Signatures :

Certains system limitations are currently being imposed on your signatures. The staff reserves a right to modify members' signatures.

4. Copyrighted Material

4.1 No "spreading of copyrighted Material".

4.2 No trading: You are not allowed to trade, buy, sell or exchange any kind of copyrighted materials on this board.

The staff reserves a right to ban or otherwise restrain anyone who violates any of these rules. Any decision made by the staff is final and may not be argued with.
